These six words hold so much meaning. Soon, students will choose one of these words to explore in depth in preparation for our Veterans Day Celebration. Students will explore these words in their Language Arts and Social Studies classes and they will also discuss the meaning of these words with a veteran during our celebration.
Hastings' Annual Veterans Day Celebration will take place on Monday, November 12th from 8:00-10:00 am. Students have received a red form with more details and information. Students are asked to return these forms to their Language Arts teacher by Wednesday, October 17th so that we can finish making our plans for the big day.
